EngineeringTemp, an Enser Company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to grow with a very well respected and expanding 70 year old engineering services and staffing firm. The position entails working with decision-makers to evaluate their staffing and recruiting needs and to qualify the skills required to accomplish customers goals. Position is responsible for proactively prospecting, marketing and growing the engineering staffing division.
We would like this candidate to help foster relationships and prospect for new clients where our services will be helpful. We focus only on placing engineering candidates in temporary and temp to direct positions. The successful candidate will be asked to make personal contact as well as telephone contact to assess client needs.
Primary focus: maintain and continue to develop relationships with existing customer base.
Secondary focus: target new customers that could benefit from EngineeringTemp’s staffing services
We’re looking for someone who has a high energy level, ability to learn, can multi task, likes challenges and the opportunity to advance based on demonstrated abilities. You will be utilizing our Microsoft CRM system to manage existing customers relationships as well as prospecting new ones.
The synergies between our 3 divisions of engineering, fabrication and staffing provides our sales team with incredible sales and income generating opportunities. The sales team is backed by an experienced and cross functional team of managers and engineers at Enser.
We have a training and on boarding program to get you up to speed with our products and services.
Positions available in our Cinnaminson, NJ facility.
- BS or AS Mechanical Degree
- 5 year’s of recent inside/outside sales experience
- 1+ Years within the staffing industry is a plus but not required
- Nurturing, organizational & administrative skills and a strong work ethic are a must
- Solid working knowledge of PCs and peripheral products
- Strong relationship-building skills and a solid knowledge of telesales skills such as cold-calling techniques is preferred.
